Payment Policy
Payment is due upon arrival of your scheduled cleaning. Our cleaners will collect payment before services begin. This ensures your appointment is secured and allows our team to focus fully on delivering quality service.
We do not bill hourly. Instead, we charge flat-rate prices based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning requested, and the level of service. This means you always know the cost upfront — no surprises, no hidden fees.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment (details can be arranged when booking).
Professional Cleaning Team
All cleanings are performed by trained professional cleaners who follow company standards for thoroughness, safety, and respect for your property.
A manager or the owner may also be present to assist with the cleaning and to carry out quality inspections.
Clients can rest assured that every cleaner is trained to handle residential, commercial, and Airbnb properties with care and efficiency.
Quality Control & Management Role
While a manager or owner may assist during your cleaning, they are not obligated to remain on-site for the entire service.
Quality control is an ongoing part of our business. This may require our management team to make scheduled calls, inspections, or visits at other customer locations during your appointment time.
Regardless of whether a manager is physically present, our cleaners are trained and supervised to deliver the same high standards of cleanliness at every visit.
Service Expectations
Services are scheduled based on your property’s specific needs and will be carried out within the agreed timeframe.
Please ensure that our cleaning team has full access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Delays in access may shorten the available cleaning time.
Any special requests should be made in advance so that our team arrives prepared with the right tools, supplies, and time allocation.
